We would like to invite you to attend RSM McGladrey’s February CFO Club meeting, covering Executive Compensation and Health/Wellness Benefits. We invite CFO’s and Strategic HR Partners alike to attend this session. Many organizations like yours are experiencing unprecedented strategic and performance challenges. It is critical for companies to align executive rewards with value-drivers as business strategies evolve. Providing competitive compensation packages is essential for the retention and motivation of key leaders, as well as having a thorough understanding of the trends and best practices that define the competitive marketplace for top talent.
At this meeting we will hear from a few business leaders with organizations in the manufacturing and wholesale distribution industry who have implemented variable compensation programs to better align performance and pay. They will share insights gained and lessons learned based on their recent efforts. RSM McGladrey will also share key findings from the 2009-10 Executive Compensation Survey, which covers ten key executive positions and topics including employment agreements, ownership structure, compensation philosophy, short/long-term incentives and deferred compensation.
These findings and insights are the result of research and data gathered by RSM McGladrey, Chicago Compensation Association (CCA), and the Illinois Manufacturers’ Association.
For the second part of the meeting John Dawson, Senior Vice President with Willis, will give a health/wellness benefit update touching on the following areas:
- Health plan trend and renewal rates
- Consumer-driven health care
- Wellness initiatives
- Observations on the Health Care Reform Proposal
- How to know if you have a Cadillac Health Plan
