Attend this Briefing for an overview of how Compensation can influence, educate and enable the HR Generalist community to better align and support the business. The presentation will include an overview of Walgreens' HR organization structure, as well as talking points on the different styles of HR Generalists at Walgreens and how Compensation interacts and responds to these differing styles. Content includes:

The presenters for this Briefing are Al Cymbal, Pincipal, Compensation Consulting, Walgreens; Ann Marie Piotrowski, Principal Analyst Compensation Consulting, Walgreens; and Dionne Archie, HR Business Partner - Corporate Division, Walgreens.
Al Cymbal has more than 20 years of experience serving as a Human Resource leader with expertise in Compensation and Benefits designing and implementing innovative compensation and business practices during strategic mergers, acquisitions, growth and mature business cycles. Experienced in designing Global variable pay and sales incentive bonus plans.
Ann Marie Piotrowski has over eight years of consulting experience in a wide range of Total Rewards roles including compensation design and implementation and pension analysis and administration. Work has been for both executive and broad based compensation projects across various industries.
Dionne Archie has over 13 years of progressive human resource experience acquired from various Fortune 500 organizations compiled of Health and Wellness, Entertainment, Communications, and Talent Acquisition from which the following attributes and competency have been obtained: HR Expertise, Cross-Functional Collaboration, Management Consulting, Process Improvement, Restructure of Human Capital, and Change Management. The use of those various strategies provided leadership and influence towards impacting human capital, the bottom line, and meeting/exceeding business objectives.
