The Chicago Compensation Association supports two types of educational offerings for its members and the industry.

Programs - CCA conducts or co-sponsors Breakfast Briefings and Symposia designed to enhance members' knowledge and skills. Presentations will be available online following the meetings, subject to presenter approval, and can be accessed via the member login page. Educational Workshops - offered through the CCA Institute, these classes on various compensation topics are designed to provide a solid foundation for those who are new to compensation or those who want to learn more about compensation. The classes provide practical knowledge and hands-on learning experiences. These classes are designed for compensation specialists, human resources generalists and other interested professionals.
