CCA established its Senior Compensation Executive Forum to meet the needs of senior level compensation practitioners by providing a platform under which to exchange and/or discuss strategic pay topics/issues facing their organizations today. Annual membership is limited to the top Compensation Director or VP in the top companies in terms of revenue/size in the Chicago area. No substitutions are permitted. This is a Special Interest Group and enrollment in this group is based on established criteria and is subject to approval by CCA. 

Annual Forum dues entitles the member to:

• CCA Regular Membership and Forum SIG
• Exclusive Forum membership directory
• Targeted meetings with content specifically designed for Forum members
• Networking opportunities with peers - two meetings each year

Fee is non-refundable. SIG participation may be transferred as long as you remain in a similar position at a similarly-sized organization.
