The CCA Institute classes are designed to provide a solid foundation for those who are new to compensation or those who want to learn more about compensation. The classes are designed to provide practical knowledge and hands-on learning experiences to enable participants to quickly apply their knowledge to their jobs. Because of this, the classes may touch upon theory, but the primary focus is on what, why, and how. All the materials are designed to serve as a reference guide after the classes.

To ensure a quality experience, each of the instructors have a minimum of 20 years of experience in compensation and utilize their experience in sharing real life examples in the class. Since the classes have many hands-on exercises, they provide an opportunity for people to network and share their experiences or have others help them with compensation questions.
