CCA established its Senior Compensation Executive Forum to meet the needs of senior level compensation practitioners by providing a platform under which to exchange and/or discuss strategic pay topics/issues facing their organizations today. Annual membership is limited to the top Compensation Director or VP in the top companies in terms of revenue/size in the Chicago area. No substitutions are permitted. This is a Special Interest Group (SIG) and enrollment in this group is based on established criteria and is subject to approval by CCA. Additionally, your dues payment will not be processed until your membership has been approved by CCA and you are notified that your application to the Senior Compensation Executive Forum has been accepted. Annual Senior Compensation Executive Forum dues entitle the member to:
Fee is non-refundable. SIG participation may be transferred as long as you remain in a similar position at a similarly-sized organization. Inquiries about the Forum may be directed to CCA's office by calling 630.941.3230. CCA recently created the Manager Forum to meet the needs of emerging leaders in the Chicago compensation community. Participants work for firms that participate in the Senior Compensation Executive Forum. The Manager Forum provides a venue for practitioners to discuss topics in compensation and share ideas on issues facing their organizations. Annual membership is limited to the Compensation Managers in these companies. No substitutions are permitted. This is a Special Interest Group (SIG) and enrollment in this group is based on established criteria and is subject to approval by CCA.
