About the presenter:

Jason Light

Jason began his career at FW Cook in 2016, joining as a junior executive compensation consultant in the firm’s New York office. Over the next six years, he advanced to senior analyst and project manager roles, engaging with clients across a wide range of industries and growth stages. His work included projects with both public and private companies of various sizes, where he developed expertise in executive pay benchmarking, annual and long-term incentive design, and peer group development, among other areas.

 In 2022, Jason transitioned to a full-time role in the emerging data analytics unit at FW Cook, focusing on enhancing the firm’s internal research efforts and external product offerings. As Director of Product, he currently oversees output of the Executive Compensation Survey and leads the firm’s research team.
