CCA provides a variety of benefits and services for its members and the compensation industry, including:

Events - CCA conducts or co-sponsors programs designed to enhance members' knowledge and skills. Programs can range from 90 minutes to two full days. Some programs are offered in-person and some are offered via webinar. The organization also offers an Annual Summit business meeting, and a Holiday educational and networking event. Most of our program presentations are available online following the meetings, subject to presenter approval, and can be accessed via member login

Attendance at events are included with membership - no separate registration fee is needed to attend, with the exception of the Annual Summit business meeting.

Educational Workshops - Workshops are offered through WorldatWork and other sources. These classes on various compensation and related topics are designed to provide practical knowledge and hands-on learning experiences for compensation specialists, human resources generalists and other interested professionals. Additional registration fees are required.

WorldatWork Partnership - CCA is a part of the WorldatWork Local Network, an alliance of independent compensation, benefits and human resources organizations representing professionals globally. In 2013, CCA entered into a partnership with WorldatWork whereby CCA members will receive special discounts to participate in WorldatWork hosted courses, educational resources and more. This applies to WorldatWork courses hosted by CCA, and other WorldatWork Programs, here in Chicago, over the web, and throughout the country.

Community -  CCA is LinkedIn® - CCA has formed a LinkedIn® group to serve the Chicago Compensation Community. Visit LinkedIn and register for free. Then visit and join the CCA group.

Online Resources - CCA offers a variety of online tools - many available to members only. These include a Membership Directory, Career Center, CCA Knowledge Exchange (Facebook/LinkedIn type forum), Speaker's Bureau, program handouts, and research, surveys and white papers provided by our Consultant Sponsor members.

CCA is always looking for volunteers to be speakers at meetings, as well as work on committees, such as programs, membership, web site and the newsletter.
