Addressing Compensation & Benefit Challenges: An Introduction to the Effective Use of Nonqualified Deferred Compensation Plans

In the presentation we will discuss the fundamentals of a Nonqualified Deferred Compensation (NQDC) plan, which includes the rules governing these plans, and the key benefits to both the employee and employer.  In addition, the discussion will include important NQDC plan design considerations and explore how NQDC can be utilized as a tool to overcome the recruitment and retention challenges posed by the “Great Resignation.”

Prior to the program, we will have a brief Annual Meeting approving the board slate for 2023 - 2024.
